We wait to close the link for ordering when the apparel organizer lets us know that everyone has ordered. Once the link is closed, then all of the orders are processed and printed together, at the same time. When all of the items have completed the production process they will be shipped either in bulk for pick up or to the name and address entered at checkout, depending on the type of delivery method selected.
